Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

 

To be eligible for a return,

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 5 business days. After 5 business days from our original attempt to contact you, the item(s) will be donated.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale Items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at eveninthemidwest@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

 

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange the item for a product of equal value or higher value and pay the difference. Please remember, items must be unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

 

Shipping

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our store!
  • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
